Most investment spreadsheets available online are built for overseas markets. They don’t reflect NZ lending rules, Healthy Homes requirements, renovation realities, or the compliance standards specific to our system.

We wanted something practical. Structured. NZ-specific.

So we built it.

Kiwi Property Tools was founded by Isaac, a Canterbury-based New Zealand property investor actively involved in renovations, rental management and long-term portfolio building.

The Kiwi Property Tools Pack was intentionally built to solve a clear gap in the NZ market — providing structured, practical tools designed specifically for New Zealand property investors.
